Description

  • Basic awareness on the operating system LINUX and Network configuration skills in Linux (RHEL).

Rules & regulations

  • Each group should consist of maximum 2 members.
  • It consists of two rounds i.e. Prelims & Final

Prelims

  • Multiple choice questions on Linux (30 questions and 30 minutes).
  • Off-line test. 
  • For each correct answer participants will be awarded 3 marks and for each incorrect answer 1 mark will be deducted.

Final Round

  • Top 10 groups will be selected from 1st round.
  • Round consists of 60 mins.
  • Each group will be provided with a system having an unique ip      address allocated by centralized DNS Server .
  • Remote login to the neighboring system will be restricted.
  • Questions will be to carry out certain network configurations, security and troubleshooting.
  • Top three teams will be awarded.

Prize Money

  • First Prize: 3000 INR
  • Second Prize: 2000 INR
  • Third Prize: 1000 INR
