Engineering College is affiliated to the Utkal
University for the batches passing out till 2006
and is affiliated to the Biju Patnaik University
of Technology (for batches passing out from 2007
onwards. It has been approved by AICTE (All
India Council for Technical Education).
OEC is located on the outskirts
of the temple city of Orissa, Bhubaneswar. The
institute is spread over a huge 58 acres of land
away from the hustle – bustle of the city along
the Bhubaneswar – Jatni road at a place called
Nijigarh –
